As we get closer to the start of the 2026 Yonex Canadian Masters Championships, we would like to share a few important reminders and updates to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Please take a moment to review the information below before arriving in Kelowna.
Perfume-Free Event 🌸
We will be hosting this event as a perfume-free environment.
We kindly ask all participants and spectators to avoid wearing perfumes, colognes, or strongly scented products, out of consideration for players, officials, and volunteers.
We also request that all participants and guests refrain from spraying any scents in common areas, such as the washrooms.
Food & Catering 🍴
Kelowna Badminton Club (KBC)
Limited menu available
Hot & cold sandwiches, snacks, and drinks
Payment:Â Cash or credit accepted
Memorial Arena
Cold drinks only
Payment:Â Cash only
Transportation 🚌
The transport schedule for complimentary shuttle services between the host hotel and venues is now available.

Practice Courts at both venues – Sunday, April 26 🏸
Practice courts will be available at KBC and the Memorial Arena from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Please note: Shuttles will not be provided during this time. Players are requested to arrange their warm-up birdies.
Footwear & Facility Guidelines đź‘ź (KBC)
The Kelowna Badminton Club features a sprung wood floor, which requires special care.
To help preserve the courts:
Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the court area (this includes spectators)
Please change into indoor court shoes:
In the changing rooms, or
Upstairs, before entering the courts
Kit Bags
Players are asked not to bring their kit bags into the main hall, unless heading directly to play
Bag racks are available upstairs in the viewing area
Free Parking at the Ukrainian Church for the Welcome Reception
The car park at the Ukrainian church has signs that say "pay parking," but free parking is included with the hall rental. Players dropping by for the welcome reception do not need to pay for parking.
