Registration Update: The Official Withdrawal/Closing Date Moved Forward

Following the unprecedented demand for the 2026 Yonex Canadian Masters Championships, with registration reaching full capacity in under 16 hours, we have an important update to share regarding withdrawals and entry changes.

Official Withdrawal/Closing Date is Now February 23, 2026

Because entries closed significantly earlier than expected, we have agreed with Badminton Canada to move the official withdrawal/closing date forward. The new official registration withdrawal/closing deadline is February 23, 2026 (previously March 26, 2026)

This change has already been updated in Tournament Software, and a note has been placed on the front page of the tournament page.

Entry Changes & Withdrawals 📩

All entry changes and withdrawal requests between now and February 23 must be submitted by email to: kelownacanadians@gmail.com

Please note:

• The ability to amend events directly through Tournament Software is no longer available.

• All changes must be handled manually by the organizing team.

We appreciate your cooperation as we manage a high volume of requests.
