Additional Accommodation Update: Sandman Hotel & Suites Joins as a Partner Hotel 🏨

Due to strong demand, our Tournament Host Hotel, Coast Capri Hotel, is nearing capacity. To ensure additional accommodation options remain available for players and guests, we’re pleased to announce that we have secured a room block at the Sandman Hotel & Suites Kelowna as an official Partner Hotel for the event.


🏨 Sandman Hotel & Suites Kelowna (Partner Hotel)

The Sandman offers comfortable, modern accommodations and is conveniently located within Kelowna. The hotel features two accommodation buildings:

  • Executive Tower - the newer building, featuring spacious suites

  • Atrium Building - recently fully renovated, offering refreshed rooms

Complimentary guest parking is available for registered guests

Please note: All official tournament functions, including the Theme Banquet and Farewell Banquet, will continue to be held at the Coast Capri Hotel. Transportation will not be provided between any of the hotels and event venues.
